The Endless Mountains Grand Depart is a self-supported gravel bikepacking event held in the scenic Endless Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania, starting and ending in Towanda and offering riders a choice of 115-, 250-, or 430-mile mixed-surface routes that traverse rural dirt roads, rail-trails, and charming small towns through Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming counties. The Grand Depart blends endurance riding with adventure and community spirit, allowing participants to race or ride at a touring pace while experiencing the region’s rolling hills, forests, and countryside, with opportunities for local “trail magic” and live tracking to engage supporters along the way.
